    eSG uses cookies for the following:
    • To make it easier for our customers to login back into their accounts. (6 hours lifetime, non trackable by third parties)
    • To track user visits to our infrastructure (anonymously, partial & obfuscated IP, browser details, connection origin, visited internal links and duration).
    • To store cart information during the ordering process. (6 hours lifetime, non trackable by third parties)
  • Log Files
    eSG Collects the following information from customers
    • IP (partial & obfuscated)
    • Browser Make
    • Operating System
    • ISP
    • Referring Pages
    • Exit Page
    • Date and Time of visit
    • Clicked links
    All these are collected and stored after being anonymised, we remove all PID information before storing them. In no way is eSGR using these information combined with any customer stored information to track individuals.
  • Usage of Information
    eSGR uses the above information only internally and they are not provided to third parties for any reason.
  • Marketing and Offers
    At times eSGR will send marketing material about new services or offers to current services, in every case the client has the option to deny this material by stating it in his account, removing himself from the clearly provided link in the media he received or contacting us over email, our Members area or Live Support.

    eSG has send 6 marketing emails since 2009.

  • Service Status Communication
    There are cases where eSGR has to communicate its services status, in those cases the customer has to receive the message and is not able to deny it. These notifications always have to do with a service the customer is using and are not promotional in nature.
  • Information Storage
    The customer information eSGR collects is stored for up to 2 years after the customers contract is finished. The customer has the right to ask for the removal of his personal information from our databases at any time. In the case that he wants to delete his personal information, he has to cancel his contract with eSGR and make sure he has no pending invoices. Please note that all of the client information is stored in encrypted form in our database.
  • Client Requirements
    The client has to make sure he is storing his authentication information (Username, Password and TFA mechanism) in a proper way since they are protecting the access to his personal information. We urge all of our customers to use our Two Factor Authentication application to safeguard their authentication in our systems.
  • Google Analytics Service
    eSGR is using Google Analytics on its services, we are not using any advertising or remarketing features. If you would like to opt-out completely please deny the cookie popup or visit Google Analytics Opt-Out.
