Network

23 Locations World Wide
480Gbps Aggregate Bandwidth
Our network is comprised of 8 points of presence (PoP) in four continents (Europe, North America, Asia & Australia) with a total bandwidth of 390Gbps. We provide a wide distributed Content Delivery Network (CDN) with 18 edge locations in North America (Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Seatle, Los Angeles, Dallas, New York, San Francisco), Europe (Athens, Frankfurt, Helsinki, Munich, London, Paris, Stockholm), Asia (Hong Kong), New Zealand(Wellington), Australia (Sydney). The total aggregate bandwidth of our CDN is 1450Gbps.

Engineers

Active Engineers 24/7/365
Real Time Monitoring
We employee highly trained and certified engineers that are available 24/7/365 that monitor our infrastructure as well us provide customer support for any issue related to our services. We use our own NMS systems to monitor all of our services but also use 3rd party monitoring sites that puts our monitoring locations to 21 all over the world. This makes us aware of networking issues that may impede access to our services from around the globe the moment they appear.

Redundancy

Minimum N+1 Redundancy
More than 48 hours of power generation
Even in cases that a network issue arises or in case of hardware malfunctions we try to minimize the impact on our services by providing multiple backup options. Each of our PoP's has at least 4 (N+3) different network providers, 2 (N+1) UPS arrays as well at least 1 (48h) diesel generator.

Green Power

Protecting our Future
Use of Renewal Energy Sources
In every data center, we utilize (Green) Renewable power generation for 100% of our power load (Wind and Hydroelectric), this is not in the way of offsetting our carbon production, it is actual renewable power generation. At the same time we do offset 85% of our carbon production for offices and other miscellaneous services in the form of providing donations to local and international certified associations.
