1 Hour of support is normaly 72€ / hour without VAT.
VAT not inlcuded in prices, VAT calculated during checkout depending on country of origin.
Hours can be transfered only on Managed+
Hours do not transfer to the next year.

Can more support hours be purchased?
Yes.
You can purchase as many support hours on their normal pricing as you need. Normal support hours do not have a limitation on the type of work they will be used for.
What are CMS Updates?
Joomla & WordPress Supported
Your CMS will require you to update it from time to time (a few times per month usually) to fix mainly security issues. The CMS updates do not require or consume support hours.
