Can more support hours be purchased?
Yes.
You can purchase as many support hours on their normal pricing as you need. Normal support hours do not have a limitation on the type of work they will be used for.
Do hours expire?
Yes
The hours included in the support plans expire each month and they cannot be moved/saved.
Do purchased hours expire?
No
Purchased hours do not expire for up to 12 months after purchase.
