Today we had a report about an issue with submitting questions through our live chat while all operators are busy. That issue was in essence not delivering your offline messages to our engineers. Unfortunately this was a quite rare race case that the software was not catching and it never forwarded the customer to our support department. 

The issue was identified and fixed and the changes have been pushed to our update server, we expect the fix to be public in the next 2 hours.
