We have finished migrating to PHP 5.4 to all of our servers today. In case you are hosting a supported app and you have issues please contact us for assistance. In case of unsupported apps then you need to upgrade them to a newer version. 
You still can switch to 5.3 from your account for 2 more weeks, after that 5.3 support will be dropped completely. Please also note that the latest 5.5 is been now available as a choice to test your applications. Do NOT use 5.5 in production, none of our optimizations features will work and we cant offer support for it,
