Some clients have reported that our members area was slow to load, after investigating the issue we found that due to our own misconfiguration the members area was taking a long time to load.

The issue was due to the misconfiguration on our firewall of the cPanel servers the customers had accounts at, due to a mistake in our setup script our new members area didnt have the complete list of cPanel servers on its whitelist, thus the scripts had to wait for a timeout to fallback to our fallback path (that had proper whitelists). All servers have been added to the firewall and client access should be fast again.
