This will not create any issues to our users and none of the services will be affected during the update.
After the update the SSO services will allow the users to login to all of our services directly from their current session, previously this was only possible for our CPanel servers. Please note that from today a global idle timer will be enabled that will track your session to all of our services, after 5 minutes of inactivity we will be loggin out the user and we will be invalidating the session.
IMPORTANT: From today as has been communicated 2 months ago, all of our resellers have to use an authenticator to login to our services. The same is also true for all clients that have their payment information stored in our systems. If you have not enabled your authenticator already you can contact our support department and we will contact you over phone.
