We would like to inform you that one of the SSD's on Denethor has failed, the disk has been removed from the RAID and we have planned it to be replaced at 02:30 2017/12/25. The disk is part of the caching RAID structure for that server and it doesnt impose any issues for the servers stability.

Due to the type of connection of the SSD (PCI Express) we will have to bring the server down for its replacement. The downtime will be between 10 and 15 minutes. After the serer is up we will bring down the caching RAID for faster rebuilding, during that time the server will be using Mechanical Disks for all requests so we expect downgraded performance.

We will inform you of further issues if they arise during the process.
