Today we will be performing maintenance on the SQL cluster, we do not expect any downtime during the process. There will be very small spikes of high latency (lag) during the process in accessing the SQL cluster but it will not affect your sites, we expect the spikes to not be over 1ms per request. 

After the maintenance you will be able to access your SQL databases outside of our network using the new option in our members area, please note that you need to use our VPN feature to setup a tunnel before enabling "Outside SQL Access". Please remember to setup sane ACL rules even though the connection is over VPN, by default for any IP added in the ACL we only enable read only access.
