Dear members, we are happy to announce that the first part of our member platform has been updated without a single issue.
This took as the better part of 2011 to finish but its finaly here, the most part of the aesthetic changes are finished for now, part 2 and 3 are about the undrlying parts of the system.
What has changed for you:
- The member are now is a lot cleaner and more usefull.
- Its now at least 4 times faster than before.
- The categories are more intuitive.
- You get a lot more options to manage your account.
- The Support system had a complete overhaul, now the robot will be able to handle level 1 and level 2 queries minimizing even more the time it takes for you to get a responce.
- The knowledge base has been updated and includes even more helpfull tips
- A new advanced cart that solves all the issues with the old one and includes numerous new features.
What doesnt work yet:
- The account overview which was the first thing you looked at upon login is not done yet, you now have to visits each category to see the status
The next big change will hapen in part 4 were the members area will be completely integrated to our new portal, at that point we will have only one site with every feature integrated to it.
What will change for you:
- Single Authentication, with the use of our new distributed authentication system you will only have to login in one place.
- The support system will be integrated in all of your products (WHM, Members Area, VPS).
- We will add more functions to the members area so that you dont have to visit the other modules so often.
